"Loved the hut, enjoyed our stay. I brought a 3 course meal with me. So no need to eat out! Lovely and cosy. I would have liked a small saucepan to do porrige in morning. We managed with a big one!! I also wasnt good with lighting the gas rings. I would prefer a long lighter . And no hooks for towels when wet out of shower. In bedroom there were a few cobwebs and spiders in nooks and crannies. Whilst not scared, I felt these had been on ceiling and edges for some time. However bed very cosy....

Overall park was nice but not many facilities for young children (the play park could be much better) however the pool was great baby pool well heated! Literally seconds from the famous Rye landgate and all of the local pubs and restaurants. Also only a few miles from Camber Sands. The cottage itself is very quaint and comfortable and we have found it to always be clean and well maintained. Thoroughly recommended if you want to visit Rye."

"I would highly recommend a stay in this converted Oast. My partner, our dogs and I had a lovely time. Such a nice part of Kent, we didn't want to leave! Amanda's thoughtful touches made it even more special- we had homemade bread, red currant jelly and a cake for my partners birthday along with butter and milk. The oast was clean and tidy and there were some pretty walks around the area."

The location of the property is great, the property itself is a great old house with plenty of space and some nice extras (i.e. Tennis court and Hot Tub, both in good condition). You can walk into downtown Maidstone in about 20 minutes, but we went next to the motorway which isnt for the "faint of heart".
