"The shower is user unfriendly, the water is fixed in the wall and it is hard to get wet, also the shower is in the bath , not good for the elderly to claim in and out! As I mentioned earlier the time table for the shuttle bus is unreadable and far too high fixed to the wall for short people to use!! Overall not to recommend, but it is close to the airport! "

Hotel location is little inconvenience if you plan on spending much time in Central London for sightseeing, theatre, restaurants etc, as this location requires expenses of ride share or taxi to everything. Underground stations not nearby when considering weather conditions."

"Generally a nice place. Have stayed before. The room I got this time for two adults was, for us, too small. The double bed was up against the wall on one side and my partner needed to climb over me to get out. I do not feel it should have been sold as a room for two adults. The heating/air con didn't work even though I reported it. Breakfast music is too loud but breakfast itself is decent. 5 mins walk from Kings Cross. "
