Experience a luxurious vacation in this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home which can accommodate 11 guests. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place: Kemah Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, community boat ramp, parks, fishing piers, and local bars. Enjoy an afternoon walk and amazing sunsets.
- Early check-in & late check-out is allowed but for approval. There is $25 charge per hour.

- Great for families and children. Booking age Requirement 25 years old.

- Must provide a copy of identification with a picture.

- Must read and agree to House Rules & Rental Agreement.

- No illegal Drugs.

- No loud sounds after 10 PM.

It can accommodate 11 guests. the Master Bedroom has 1 king bed, Guest Room #1 has 1 queen bed, Guest Room #2 has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bunk bed, Guest Room #3 has 1 queen bed then there's a 2 additional twin rollaway. Keep up with work or just make sure that your social media account is up to date with private WIFI. There is a designated office space if a quiet room is needed for a quick zoom meeting. Serve a sumptuous meal for your family and friends with our full kitchen. Choose to dine indoor, outdoor or both! Everything about this place was great except the maintenance. The floors were dirty, we had to hunt for clean towels and pillowcases, and the outside trash was full to the top. Maybe the owners should switch property management company?

Family Birthday
We stayed here for a family birthday party. We have family in the area and this house was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and the 6 family members in the area. The table was big enough for all of us to sit around for meals and games. The kitchen has new and updated appliances, there were several big screen TVs throughout the home for watching sports or movies. We were there in January and it was cold for Houston. But we were able to enjoy time together. The location is very close to Kemah, and not too far from Galveston, so you can get to water and sand very easily. There were a couple of questions during the rental but the owner responded quickly and communicated regularly during the stay. Overall, we were happy with our choice to stay here, and would certainly come back.

Clean, spacious, well-outfitted place
My family and I stayed here while going to another family member's wedding. It fit 10 people well, though one of us (me) slept on the couch to give coupled family members privacy in their own rooms. No complaints--it was a very comfy couch and right by a great tv :) Right by a river, the place has a clear nautical theme that's very well-thought out. Very impressed with the modern appliances and amenities. If we're in the area again, we'd definitely love to book here once more.
