Jeff made us feel extremely welcome from the moment we checked in! It was a great and comfortable stay. We loved it! Breakfast was yummy too! Transportation to and from the airport is a huge plus! 10/10 recommend

Stay away from this hotel!! The only reason I booked this hotel was due to the airport shuttle since we were carrying a 2 year old and we were just in Houston for an overnight layover so it made no sense in renting a car just to drive from the airport to the hotel. Expedia specifically mentioned the shuttle hours starting from 6 am to 11 pm and we called the hotel at 9:10 pm after we got our luggage and they the shuttle was available until 9!!! We had to grab a bus at 9 pm with a 2 year old and Houston is not a walkable city at all! The bus dropped us off almost a mile away from the hotel where we had to walk. When we arrived there were two strange looking ladies on the front desk trying to get hold of a (nonexistent?) guest and the hotel smelled weird. Horrible experience compared to the nice Hampton Inn we stayed at in San Diego. On the bright side the hotel’s receptionist didn’t charge us for the food we grabbed at the store to compensate for the distress, so that was nice of him.

We got there about 12 pm there was no room ready after driving 15 hours we beveled her to let us use the pool She said no … we went to a sister hotel who was happy to let us use the pool without paying a dine she said they had the same general manager at both hotels and had the same police’s and couldn’t believe the lady wouldn’t let us use the pool We came back I asked her for a piece of paper to write down things in order she ignored me .. I asked her for the managers name or general manager she said they were both in the hospital I have never e er ever experienced anything like the rudeness of this lady ever and I will not stop till I speak to the general manager or better get the owner

Although hotel website indicated airport shuttle, we arrived at 10h30pm and shuttle service ended at 9pm. Had to pay 30USD for cab. Would never had chosen a hotel that far if i knew shuttle hours. To make things worse, hotel was overbooked so we had to walk to next door hotel with luggage.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Unfortunately I found the hotel cleanliness to be disappointing. The furniture in the lobby and dining area was extremely stained and dirty, including the floors. This made us question the cleanliness of our room.
