“Overall the room served its purpose. Staff members were pleasant. Nice sized rooms. However our room had a stench in it that never went away. The pull out bed was about 2 inches thick. My kids (6 and 9) never really complained but any bigger than they are, it would be a rough sleep. Pool area we found a lot of trash, clothing tags and dirt around the pool. Pool and hot tub are super small so if you are coming with a group of kids, you run out of room quickly. We had a suite with a bedroom and……

“Parking was easy..the staff was nice...i had one of the jetted tub rooms, but not informed that the switch was across the room...i had to call the front desk to find that out...then in the side drain of the tub still had hair in it from the previous stay...then at 8 am someone opened the room..no knocking it woke me up”
