“First of all, I knew the rooms were beautiful and period. Ours was superb ! Our window looked out to the lake, and sunrise was visible if you were up early. Windows with screens for a lake breeze too. Bathroom - all Kohler ! All new ! Furnishings, window treatments, carpeting, bed linens, etc. - all top-notch and elegant. My correspondence with Jim, the proprietor, was most excellent. The breakfast area was large, clean, and not like the usual motel-type fare. We could not hear our……

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”
