"basic accommodation, not even bottles of water in the room. Warm (not hot) shower water, clean smallish towels. Nice staff, No frills. "

"Staff and clean room were the best part! The bathroom toilet randomly ran for 5 seconds because of the Boston water sewage/drainage. It woke me up every hour lol. I went to shower and the shower handle fell off lol! Overall still a good location and a good place to rest the head. "

"Even though we were booked for two nights, the room was not supplied with any additional towels or offered during check in. Kids were running up and down the hallway most of the evening as well as riding the elevator to each floor. Management did not intervene nor did the parents who were taking up the entire downstairs common area with their party. Plenty of booze and late nights loud convo as the children ran wild. The TV was outdated, only cable and the bathroom in our room was clearly not cleaned very well prior to our stay. It was a below average experience for my first time in the area. While the surrounding shopping center/dining options were a plus, I would advise booking somewhere else and paying the difference. "
