"This property is older. It is not Wyndham quality. It smells very musty. It did not seem clean to COVID standards. The hallways are dingy. The furniture was old. The chair in our room was stained and looked terrible."

It snowed really bad and wished the sidewalks were cleared better. But, overall I highly recommend.

What a amazing property. The Arcade is unlike any Hyatt I have ever stayed at. The view inside is breathtaking. There was a wedding or two there this weekend but we still enjoyed it. Outside within walking is comedy clubs, restaurants and bars, music venues and parks. Really cool. The historical significance of the beautiful building is awesome.
