“Let's start with the entrance that we had to use to get to our room. It was the last entrance on the building closest to the outdoor pool. One of the railings is broken and loose. It was roped off a couple days into our stay. The step up into the building itself through the door is unusually high. Difficult for people with arthritis. The door into our room, 269, was difficult to close. Had to slam it. Heard others doing that also. Doors seems to need a bit of adjustment. There was a desk with……

“This property was bot very clean. The tub in my mother's room filled up with water while she showered and she stood in 2 inches of water while showering. Workers began working on the personal room balconies with ladders at a very early hour waking us all up without notice that this would be taking place. The pool and jacuzzi water were not clean and lots of sand were at the bottom of both amenities. The jacuzzi gave me and my 16 year old daughter rashes on the face and legs. The sheets on the……
