“The outside of the property was clean and well maintained. The miniature golf course could use work but my granddaughter enjoyed playing it immensely. The staff during the day at check in was rude. I had called to see if our room was ready early and was quietly rudely told check-in was at 3:00 pm which I knew during check-in was asked about a downstairs room as my husband had hurt his ankle and the stairs were going to be a chore. Again rudely told there was nothing she could do for me but……

“They said the room had 2 beds. In actuality, it had 1 bed and a sofa bed that you had to roll out. Its mattress was uncomfortable. Not enough blankets and shampoo.”
