“Clean”

“The hotel rooms are old and dark. It is in fact so far away in a small town. The worst part is the room. We were allocated to a room but it is completely different with what appeared on hotels.com. The room is dark and seems very very old fashioned and dated. Bed quilt covers are yellowish and very old. Bathtub is definitely from 80's. We then turned to the reception and ask (not argue). The lady was so so unpleasant (with very bad expression on face and sighs before you!) Then we were being……

“The hotel located in a remote area, it takes about 15mins walks to the nearest RER B station. Overall, its comfortable to stay, quiet and clean. Good for business visit to the Univ Paris Scalay. However, the hotel manage to host bus loads tourist groups almost daily, it can be bothersome because some tourists were loud or even smoking in the room or hallways. Wifi signal was weak, intermittent. ”

“The address was not correct and the hotel is further away from the campus than mentioned. The rooms need to be renewed even for a 1 star hotel.”

“Hotel convenable ”

“smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. ”

“整體乾淨整潔，但是位置不容易讓uber訂位，以至於叫車都會有點困難…除此之外都還不錯。”

“Wir waren über Pfingsten in dem Hotel, meine 2 Kinder und ich. Wir waren in einem 3 Bett Zimmer. Positiv war die Größe des Zimmer, Tiefgarage ( da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind), Personal an der Rezeption und Restaurant sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Frühstück okay. Negativ war das Badezimmer, abgenutzt, klein, beim Duschen hat man das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt, Kühlschrank war leider auch nicht da ( bei über 30 Grad hätte man gerne kühle Getränke gehabt), WLAN war die meiste Zeit kaum Empfang,……

“The hotel is immaculate, the restaurant and bar cafe food wonderful, the majority of staff extremely helpful and accommodating and the ambiance of the place is extremely calm and restful. They do need to look at the frustrating pool/spa area … you only get free access with a delux room or above ( they did upgrade me for free at checkin due to my Expedia membership but didn’t tell me, so i thought i had to pay the substantial fee for a while) and you have to book a slot for only 1hr 30mins…then……
