The frying pans are worn/peeling and could use an upgrade. “Poorly maintained property with terrible flooring, cracked cook top and windows that leaked water in torrential downpours. No coffee pot - a single pod machine that delivered cold water over nonrecyclable pods. No toaster or microwave. Hot tub not available. Three bath towels and three hand towels for 3 people for three nights. No wash clothes. Cockroaches in kitchen drawers and bathroom. Small bedrooms had doors that didn’t open fully due to length of beds. This is highest priced rental in……

“For consideration the third bed room is a loft room overlooking the living area. The living room has sheer curtains for the floor to ceiling windows which are excellent for the view but does not provide any light dimming darkness. We traveled with 2 teens so was not a problem for us with the 22 hours of daylight.”
