They were amazingly kind which made my whole experience very reassuring. At the end I accidentally forgot my small pouch which had my wallet In it and the staff came running to find me and bring my wallet to me and he bowed to me even after i left! "I loved the location. It’s far from the city but not too far. It was a great location if you came from Narita airport because theirs a direct train that’s quick. 3-5 minute walk to the station. I did fight the washer/dryer. I was there for quite a while for it to take my coins. Staff did respond quickly so I did feel better. By the time someone came by the machine finally took my money. I enjoyed my stay and convenience store was around the corner!"
