"There's a convinence store on the ground floor that hotel guests are allowed to access 24/7\. There is a huge mall right next to the property called Aeon Mall. Makuhari Messe is a 20min walk away. The room is decently big and spacious. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is priced accordingly. The buffet consisted of a variety of bread & rice, salad, sausages, eggs, soup and a variety of drinks. "

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location, price, and proximity to Tokyo Disney are unbeatable. The room was cleaned by staff to excellent condition but the window of our room was poorly maintained. There was mold growing under the window sealant. The sealant should be replaced. The sealant was also broken in some areas, leading to moisture buildup into the room. My wife was feeling sick every morning because of the musty condition. The moisture issue needs to be fixed."
