Lovely staff. Friendly and eager to help. Your valet/bellmen are awesome. They are super helpful. Rooms are dated and need a little TLC. Overall a very good experience. Peter in the bar is great. He actually introduced me to a new drink product.

Best hotel room I have stayed in! The staff was great, room was perfect and the breakfast was more than enough. They even had a hot cocoa stand with sprinkles and marshmallows and our 6 yr old loved that! If you need to stay in Heber springs, this is the place!
