"Rooms were great and very clean and organized, it felt brand new. The smoke in the casino is a downer but expected. They do have some smoke free areas, but our journey with friends didn't take us there. Great property"

"The room was spotlessly clean, big and great for plugging everything in. Both end tables had multiple outlets as well as the desk and dresser area. The bathroom was well equipped and the walk in shower was a pleasant surprise. The refrigerator was bigger than expected. The safe was locked and they were unable to fix it but that inconvenience was minor. The staff we dealt with were all very efficient and friendly. There were plenty of tables and chairs in the breakfast area and the food was very good. The area was adjacent to the lobby area so high tops were comfortable for reading or working. The hotel property location was convenient to the college and airport and all the shopping and restaurants but was in a quiet area so easy to relax. Will definitely be staying there whenever needing to be in the area overnight."

"When checking in the lobby is now manned by 2 kiosks and not staff. The kiosk was easy to use but felt very unfriendly and that I didn't matter as a guest. I missed the personal contact by a front desk clerk. I was able to see someone when I moved to the other kiosk but it was on a screen and not easy to communicate through. The room itself needed new paint and updating. The bedding was not comfortable and the pillows were awful. The ac was very noisy but it did help to drown out the street noise. I would not stay there again. IF you are looking for an inexpensive room, this is it. I wish I had paid more for a different hotel."
