Oceanfront Condo at Quiet Beach

Concrete repair work will take place on the North and South sides of the building from 9/15–10/10 between 9am–5pm,M-F only with some daytime noise expected. The pool and beach remain open, and all balconies face east so your ocean views will be unobstructed. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Beautiful updated two-bedroom two bath condo located on the 4th floor. Master bedroom has king-size bed and guest bedroom has queen size bed and twin bed. The living room has a pull-out queen sleeper. Smart TV located in living room and TVs in both bedrooms. TV Content in each room is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. Balcony is located off of Master bedroom and Living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grill, and a car wash area.

We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

Linens are provided including beach towels. Each unit has at least two beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The view from the balcony is unobstructed and great to see shuttle and/or rocket launches. We look forward to you visiting us.
