Before we checked in a few days before, we called to ask about the pool and we were given an answer by someone who didn’t speak English and we couldn’t understand so we ended the call. I called the next day and spoke with a woman at the facility and she told us that they did have a pool. I questioned if it was open cause my husband read it was closed due to it being broken and the lady told me that it did work and the hours were 8-8 every day. I also asked about the free breakfast and I was told 6-9 mi day through Friday and Saturday and Sunday it was 7-10. When we got there there was a sign posted that breakfast was 7-9 everyday and right at 9 they cleaned it up and it was over. Before we checked it the hotel charged our credit card and we were told they would charge it after we checked in. When we finally got there they charged us $100.00 per room for a fee if anything was damaged. It was never listed on their website nor on Expedia where we made the reservation. The rooms paint Jon’s were not good. It was sloppy. And the caulking around the tub was done terribly. If you have a family and may be getting ready while your family is still asleep just be aware that there are no doors on the sink area, just where the tub and toliet is.
