“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

Owners were very quick to respond to questions and everything was as presented in listing. All WDW parks were about a 20 minute, easy drive and the traffic wasn't bad (in January). “Great place to stay! Very clean and well-kept. The location is perfect—close to the convention center, grocery store, and plenty of restaurants. We cooked a few nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which was a nice bonus. Overall, just a fantastic experience. Jenn was super accessible and responsive to any questions. We were even able to check in early, which was a big help. Highly recommend!”
