“The room I had was roomy and clean, bathroom/shower again clean and spacious. Equipment and white goods suited my needs. Entrance to the room a little dark as outside lights didn't react early enough. Overall I would book again if in that area.”

“Great communication directly with owners. Dealing with Expedia was awful. Parking was easy on street....nicely decorated house with good facilities.”

“The host never communicated with me after I booked on Orbitz. I was left outside of the property with my son late at night after traveling all day with no way to get inside. I had to make other arrangements at the last minute because the host did not answer my multiple requests for help. Nothing, ever, no information. Do not book this property.”

“Had a great stay whilst at the property. The flat is lovely and in really good condition. Checking in came with some confusion due to the wrong door code being given but all sorted once we contacted the landlord. My only gripe is that upon leaving we were sent a final message with new instructions not stated in the listing or booking about the state the room needs to be left in. “My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area.”

“Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were meant to check in from 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:28 and the cleaners were only half way done. We had to wait about 3hours for them to finish. The cleaning was mediocre for a deep cleaning. But the stay was good for us as we made use of the local area and the house was nice it just wasn’t spotless for a deep clean. We were able to check out at 12 instead of 10am only because we sent evidence of the fact that we……

"Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful."
