"Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were satisfied with the hotel. Below are a few small suggestions that may help improve the experience for future guests: Flooring: We personally prefer rooms without carpet. The carpet just outside the shower area got wet easily, and I was a little concerned about mold developing over time. A water-resistant mat or different flooring in that area might help. Storage space: The counter space and hanging areas were limited, so it was a bit difficult to organize shopping bags and other belongings. A few extra hooks or a small shelf would be very helpful. Room freshness: When we first entered the room, there was a slight odor, possibly from the cleaning process. Airing out the room a little longer after cleaning may help. Hair dryers: As 3 to 4 of us shared one twin room, an additional hair dryer would have been very convenient. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality. We would be happy to stay again!"

"It’s surrounded by business buildings, very clean and quiet area. The room and bath room (shower + bath tub) are spacious. Walking to the main and busy Shinjuku station (shopping area) is about 30 minutes. Near by Nishi-shinjuku station is about 6 min walk away (don’t confused it with Shinjuku-nishiguchi station, which is about a 20 mins walk), and 8 mins walk to Hilton (if you plan to take the Airport Limousine). We left on the day Typhoon Dujuan hit Tokyo, with heavy rain we took uber to Narita airport, cost about Yen 32K."
