"We asked for early check in but denied so we arrived late after thanksgiving dinner. The house had a distinct unclean order upon entering the property. The hot water heater was busted & dirty water was sitting in the drain pan. The pots in the kitchen were rusty, & unusable. It was freezing cold & no blankets available.
