“Air conditioning was amazing. The shower was hard to turn on and not very maintained. The ceiling was peeling paint. Definitely could use some maintenance. The elevator was sketchy at best”

“The facilities in the room are the most complete, including a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe, desk and chairs, and a leather luggage rack. The curtains provide excellent blackout, and it's very quiet outside. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, grilled meat patties, waffles, milk, coffee, apples, cereal, and more. A very nice hotel—we'll stay here again next time we come to Dallas.”

“Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Only problem was all night loud mechanical noise in room that precluded sleep. Was offered different room at 2am, and ear plugs at 4:30am. Still no sleep. Was told management would call and offer refund, that didn’t happen. They were going to put my room out of order until they figured it out. ”
