hotel is ok

Pros: bed is ok
Cons: the toilet seat have to chance
Location: neer the airport like 10-15 min.
hotel is ok to stay for one or two nights and neer the airport the staff was ok and the beds are good internet in the first floor ,not in the room at lees not in my room and for eat you can call out for room service if you need to stay one night to go to the airport is good . Hotel tiene camas comodas el baño necesita un retoque pero para pasar la noche no esta mal y estaba limpio los empleados atentos y como salia el proximo dia de viaje ellos mismos te llevan al aereopuerto gratuitamete para ordenar comida hay telefonos de sitios de comida llamasy te llevan la comida al cuarto buen servicio

Not a very pleasant stay

Pros: Cleanliness is good.
Cons: Staff behavior and hotel amenities has to be developed
Location: Location is not comfortable at all.
Not a pleasant experience and definitely not suitable for family with small kids. No enough parking spots.

Felt like I walked in to a crack house.

This hotel is straight sketchy. I asked for a wake up call didn't receive one. The cleaning crew left blood on my bathroom floor, along with about 6 random children sitting throughout the hallway. The entire building smelt like drugs and the clientele surely looked as if the did them. The hotel policy is also that they are not responsible for anything gone missing or stolen for any reason. I would not recommend this hotel at all. I didn't feel safe.

Average hotel

The elevator was broken upon our arrival. The staff let us leave our luggage in the laundry room so we didn't have to lug it upstairs. They had an average breakfast served in the morning. We were told there was a shuttle to the airport. We called several times to figure out how the shuttle worked and what times it left. Multiple times we were hung up on. We followed instructions given to us. The shuttle left the hotel every 30 minutes. We were downstairs 15 minutes prior to the time, and the shuttle was more then 15 minutes late. We ended up having to find other transportation to not miss our flight. It's was an average hotel for our one night stay.

Shuttle drive from the airport was short. Stayed for for 4 nights. The place has potential just need fixing. Above the large king room I stayed in, the floor squeak all night and I could hear the person on their phone. Floor in the room had carpet but you could feel holes underneath when you walk. Bed was comfortable but had a obvious hole on the bed scarf. Led TV had poor reception. Breakfast was good & sufficient regardless of the time. Overall you get what you pay for.

Convenient for the airport

The hotel is located across the street from project apartments. I did not feel 100% safe fortunately due to the location, there were always police officers on scene.

Good Airport Shuttle service

Pros: Shuttle Service
Cons: Cleanliness of the room and premises in general.
Location: Looked very ghetto and I was having second thoughts before getting out of the shuttle bus and entering the hotel.
The only thing good about this hotel is the Shuttle service they offer for customers To and From Newark airport. The room was dirty, hair in the linens provided. No basic lighting in rooms and breakfast wasn't great either.

Pros: The proximity to the airport
Cons: the staff need to get some customer service training
Location: access to shopping places was a positive for us
My entire stay I felt like an un-welcomed guest. The staff was very unfriendly except the worker in the breakfast room. We were picked up at the airport but the driver at first never exited the vehicle and reprimanded us for attempting to enter the vehicle with our bags letting us know in a very unfriendly way that our bags needed to be in the back. He then proceeded to open the back but gave no instructions or assistance with the bags. On the second day of our 3 day stay we returned to the hotel after some shopping and the hotel staff sat and looked at us making several attempts to swipe our key to gain entrance to room area. Again in a very unfriendly manner we were informed that we couldn't enter because we only paid for one night. This of coarse was wrong. They had deactivated our key because of an error on their part. After providing proof again they did half heartedly apologised.

Breakfast limited selection. If you are just looking for a room at a good price, it's worth it. Friendly staff, neighborhood not great but not as bad as many reviewed.

my overall experience was a dissapointment, starting with the very unhelpful airport pick-up who wanted me to open the back and load my own bags. Overall very unfriendly staff
