"Really enjoyed my stay at OZ Collection Cartagena! The hotel is very clean, modern and everything feels new. The location is great and very central, which made getting around easy. The breakfast and food were great and the staff were SUPER friendly and flexible. I also really liked the table games in the lobby, such a fun and nice touch. Overall, a great experience. 10/10 and would definitely stay here again!"

"There is a refrigerator in the room, but you will need to purchase items to have inside. You can walk on path through the woods to small stores for drinks and snacks. Boat arrives before checkin time, and after checkout time. Be prepared for that. Breakfast starts at 7:00. Staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Lovely stay at the hotel, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms were a good size and had been fitted with AC which was very necessary. You could book out the paddle boards, kayaks and bikes for an hour for free. The hotel does get a bit busy during the day as people come for day trips but they leave at 2:30 and then it gets pretty quiet again. I think the pool and beach area could be a little better taken care of but overall it was a great stay."
