The property is excellent!!! No issues what so ever. I would have given 5 stars except for the rude front of house receptionist. I now call her claws as she had 3 inch nails and an attitude to match. I tried to check in at 1 pm as I had just driven 4 hours in driving rain from Medina where I visited my 93 YO mother in hospice care. Was sternly told "check-in is at 3pm" no exceptions. I used to be platinum everything for business and I know better. I hope she finds happiness somewhere... but customer service is clearly not her thing!!!
