Cedar Point's Hotel Breakers

"On arrival at the hotel, there was a long lineup at the front desk for check-in. After getting our room keys, we walked in the room and it was full of bugs and there was blood on the bathroom door. We called the front desk, and they sent a bellhop right away with keys to another room on a higher floor which was much better and the balcony was screened so bugs couldn't get in. Of the two elevators in the wing, only one was working, so getting to and from our room wasn't easy. The stairs didn't connect to the ground floor so we often had to wait for the elevator. In the past we got a placard to put in our car window, this time we didn't, but used our park pass to get in the gate. We had to go in and out several times, it was no issue and the main street with all the stores is 10 minutes drive away. And the birds are smart enough not to get killed (inside joke for my boys). Most staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants like Perkins were understaffed - 3/4 of the restaurant was empty but there was still a half hour wait to be seated, and service was very slow. Long lines for coffee at Starbucks. Mama Chetta's pizza delivered to the room was great when tired from walking around the park all day, a much faster option. Overall, it's not a luxury but they do their best. The main attraction we're going for is the park, it's convenient to get in and out, the West wing is great because it's so close to the entrance. Will stay again if we go to Cedar Point."

"Stayed in a larger room with two queen beds and a couch which was so nice to have the extra space with 4 adults! Found a used washcloth on top of the shower curtain upon arrival which was somewhat disappointing because it makes you feel like the room may not have been cleaned properly but overall a good room!! The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly, and even funny! The outdoor terrace and fire pit was also very nice with a beautiful view as well. The seating had some stains on it but I’m sure that can be difficult to keep clean. Wish there was a bar and restaurant on site. Overall a great stay though!"

"Our stay was very nice! The location was convenient to downtown and the Jet Express. The unit was quiet, but I don't think there were many other units being used while we were there. The view of the lake was great and we enjoyed sitting on the 2 balconies with a cup of coffee while watching the waves. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the kitchen could be stocked with better silverware and pots and pans. And we didn't have a dishcloth or dishtowel. Our host was very responsive when we contacted him. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our 3 night stay with our group of 16 and 4 rooms. All staff was great. The rooms were well managed and maintained. The pool was nice except the splash pad was down waiting on maintenance. We enjoyed and will return for another stay. Parking is a little tight without having to walk a ways but wasn’t real bad."

"The Stuff was great and very helpful and friendly . Few little things that was challenging. Wi-Fi. Was not working well and key cards kinda gave us a scare when the door would not open struggling little bit thank god I took both cards. Other than that everything was perfect. We would come back. It was perfect what we needed!"

"The staff were very friendly and informative. The rooms, Lobby and property were clean. Pet friendly and the pet owners picked up after their pets. They had a great breakfast selection. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean."
