"Checking was fine, no problems. The bath/shower needed upkeep, the liquid soap dispenser was time. no body soap. The shampoo and conditioner were full but the seal was still in place. To remove the seal tou pull the pink cover by the pull tag. The refrigerator , ice bucket and microwave were in cabinets that were near the floor. You had to move the coffee maker to the ac plug in by the bed stand to plug in. The hallway carpet was mismatched and stained. No response from the front desk about a wifi acct (I figured that out), direct TV is the service but the guide (that is set out by the tv) doesn't match. My trip was for pleasure leaving early before breakfast, my second morning we saw folks in there eating. Being close by the intestate the noise wasn't too bad. Price was rite. The hotel manager was yelling at a customer on the phone. The side trash was full my entire"

"Issues began with check-in where a $20/day parking fee and a $200 security deposit were added. The springs on one side of the bed creaked loudly. The television in the room never worked, even after an employee was sent to assist. Construction on the site made it difficult to park anywhere close to the room and the noise greeted us each morning at 8 am. At checkout, the staff refused to print out a receipt, insisting that it would be emailed to me but I have yet to receive it, nor has the security deposit been refunded."

"We had a wonderful stay at Harriet’s House in Put-in-Bay. The room was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that great attention is given to maintaining the property. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels provided, and everything in the room was spotless—including the air conditioning unit, which was dust-free and worked great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is another huge plus—it’s close to downtown, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions, while still offering the convenience of free parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
