“The location was beautiful. Great views. The check-in process wasn’t the best. When we arrived, no staff was at property. We found a note on the door with a telephone to call. The person who answered advised that she would be there in about ten minutes. A man arrived in about that time and walked us in, gave us room keys, instructions on how to get in and out of the building and information about the breakfast hours then left. We didn’t see anyone else until the following morning. When……

“Séjour décevant, à l'image d'un établissement laissé à l'abandon L'expérience démarre mal, avec des frais de stationnement de 18 € qui donnent le ton. Alors que sur l’hôtel des place gratuit disponible .. Dès l'arrivée, extérieure semble laissée à l'abandon, avec pour accueil des mauvaises herbes un peu partout. À l'intérieur, ce n'est pas mieux : le wifi fonctionne à peine, la chambre est désuète et nous avons constaté de la moisissure dans la douche. Aucune rénovation, aucun entretien……

“Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money……
