"Staff are very helpful and always eager to serve. This small hotel is blessed with a team of dedicated staff. They actually made me feel like a VIP. The location is close to major attractions. If I ever revisit Istanbul, I would surely like to stay with them again."

"Great location in very close proximity to Sultanahmet & Hagia Sophia Mosque. Very clean. Worth noting there is no restaurant so breakfast is not provided. I thought breakfast was included when booked but there are good food options in nearby."

"The hotel had really good views over the sea and the Blue Mosque. It was quiet and everything was in working order. The staff were all very pleasant and the breakfast area was well attended and restocked when items ran out. Only one criticism. We were charged twice for our stay because the receptionist did not believe us when we told him we had already paid. There was some confusion on our part. The manager has assured us that a refund is on its way."

"Beautiful staff, very very helpful. Downside of if this premises that it does not have parking, in a very congested area and no roads parking. However, staff have one parking space for them, they allowed us to use it during our stay, extra thanks to them. Otherwise, it's almost impossible to fund oarking in the area. Best hotel if you're there for fun and wLk atround the area and use public transportation. "

"The location and the staff is what gives this hotel 4 stars, otherwise it would have been easily a three. The location is central and short walking minutes from all activities in the Fatih area. The staff were amazing, Alp, Farouk, Emre, Zeynap and the cleaning lady, all amazing and helped make our stay pleasant. Would I come back? I don’t think so. The facility needs a serious facelift to attract tourist and not worth the $240 a night! "
