“The welcoming Drink was a nice touch after a long flight. The great hospitality and the assistance with organizing excursions with great detail. The timeliness everything was prepared for our trip. The Resort wàs impeccable clean. The staff was amazing, fun, interaction with guest, attention to detail, personal attention. Just a great staff the whole way around.

“The location of the hotel is great, 2 minutes from the main roads so it was easy to get in and out of Jaco. Security guard positioned in front of the hotel would greet us ensuring our vehicles were being watched. We were able to walk to the beach and the strip in 10 minutes. “I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to warn other travelers.
The Los Sueños Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort is one of the most expensive hotels in the area, and I expected five-star service to match the price. Unfortunately, while the property itself is beautiful, the service consistently fell far below Marriott standards.
