“Beautiful property and views but food and beverage venues are lacking as is the customer service throughout the hotel.”

“Generally the property was clean and well maintained. The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT. The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt. THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...

“Really loved this hotel, comfy and great location. Enjoyed the communal working/eating lounge. Didn’t love having to leave my room to make a cuppa and it’s very noisy overnight, that was a surprise to me.”

“Great location, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Rooms fairly basic but have everything you need.”

The only down side was no onsite parking so had to leave the car in a nearby CPP carpark which cost $35. I would recommend it as a...

“Everything”
