This beautifully crafted newly built home has all the little touches that you have always wanted. There is space for everyone. With high-end finishes and impeccable attention to detail throughout, this property offers everything you need to rest and relax. A modern home with features thoughtfully built-in including a large eat in kitchen, dining area with large table and a bonus room perfect for entertaining.

Please note: There are some new homes being built behind the house, so you may hear occasional construction noise during the day.

The Space:
The four upstairs spacious bedrooms feature an oasis of peace and relaxation with plush bedding and inviting decor. The luxurious primary en suite is generously sized outfitted with a king bed along with a walk-in closet.

This home also offers an expansive backyard area with space at the foot of a small deck and set of stairs. Parking is limited to the driveway as the owner stores their vehicles in the garage. There is a gas grill onsite that guests are welcome to use.

A full-size washer and dryer are upstairs conveniently located near the bedrooms and each private bedroom has it's own closet, with the exception of the twin bedroom which offers up a lovely workspace.

Guest Access:
Enter the home via the front door, retrieving a key from the lockbox.

Quiet rural subdivision with plenty of miles of sidewalks winding through the area.

Other Things to Note:
All reservations are covered by an insurance program. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.
