“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”

“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. “The solo room is NOT a private bathroom, which was an unwelcome surprise that was not clear on Expedia when I booked. The shared bathroom was gross, it didn't seem to be cleaned much since the bathmat didn't change in the 2 days I was there despite being soaking wet. The bathroom smelled mouldy. “This hostel is run by two brothers. I stayed for four nights. On the fourth night, after returning from Rainbow Mountain, I found my door ajar. Clearly, someone had entered. I never expected anyone to enter without my knowledge, especially when my personal items were exposed. I was shocked and disturbed. That night, I confronted the younger brother, Alexander. “Set up ride to hotel was easy thru hotel. They had nice hot water showers. Takes over a minute to get the hot water but it worked. Breakfast was good. Simple. Not far from centro and all the things you want to see in centro cusco. I would stay there again. ”

“Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Vinieron a las 1 de la mañana tocarnos la puerta de la pieza para decirnos que se habían equivocado con la pieza que nos habían dado y que nos teníamos que cambiar ahora mismo de pieza, a pesar de que estábamos en pijama y con todo desarmado. Además el baño asqueroso, en la ducha había un parque curita (band aid) usado, un moco y pelos de huéspedes anteriores. El desayuno pésimo, dos panes añejos y cero variedad. ”
