“Disappointed that the beach Club area closes at 6 pm. The infinity pool is located there and has no lifeguard on duty so would have been nice to take a dip - also the lap pool was down (traveling with college swimmers and wanting a am workout) - one reason we chose the Palmetto. Limited food menu. Pool bar closed early 6 ish. Super clean and massive well equipped fitness room.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“We got a patio room which was great for our dog but unfortunately we had 2 nights of discomfort because of the noise from our neighbors, although this isn’t the resort’s fault, be aware that the walls are extremely thin and you will hear your neighbors. The pool wasn’t clean, rules weren’t respected at the pool, people were using loud speakers, not a relaxing atmosphere at all. The Luma restaurant is great and super affordable! Actually the only fancy place in the resort. Beach is microscopical,……

“Muy limpia la habitación, la ducha perfecta con agua caliente, excelente el aire acondicionado. Las camas y sus almohadas confortables lo que hizo nuestro descanso satisfactorio. El desayuno normal muy similar a otros hoteles de este standard. Solo me desepciono un poco que no tuviese la aplicación de Netflix para poder usar mi cuenta. Por lo demás volvería y recomendaría este lugar. Excelente precio. Las mejores playas están a solo 30minutos”
