"We loved our stay at this quiet and peaceful lodge in the woods! Perfect for our family getaway. We spent our days exploring nearby beaches and trails followed by evening soaks in the hot tub in the private and tranquil backyard. The house is spacious with a large kitchen for meal preparation and a comfortable living room with wood stove fireplace for relaxing evenings. Highly recommend!"

"I was greeted by two large friendly dogs, much to my delight. The room was pristine, well-equipped, and very private, with my own outdoor entrance. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Comfy bed, lovely linens, and good shower. The three horses happily accepted my apple treats. I went for a lovely walk through the forest straight from my room. "This was a perfect spot from which to explore more of Vancouver Island than just Victoria. We are glad we found you! We hiked above Maple Bay to great views of the area. We had a beautiful day to walk the wide beach east of Parksville, then the beach walk at Qualicum. The rental was more than adequate for all we needed. The waterfront was calm and very pleasant.
