I did not have a good experience here at all. When I arrived, the elevators were down, had to take luggage up 4 flights. The tv was not programmed & the toilet didn’t flush. I got moved to a different room and again, tv wasn’t working and that toilet wasn’t functioning either. At that point I didn’t even bother. The sink was dirty and stopped up! The floors are disgusting and there’s no way baymont rates should be $90 a night with that hotel in that condition. I will never return to this hotel

After climbing the stairs, the carpeted stairwell was sickeningly filthy from years of neglect (elevator was inoperable) carrying my heavy luggage, etc. I discovered that my room door was already ajar. This was alarming, as I didn't know if there was possibly an intruder in the room already. That proved to be incorrect, however upon further inspection I discovered that the toilet had NOT been cleaned or sanitized. It had what appeared to be dried fecal matter, presumably from diarrhea and urine spots on the seat and rim as well as the underside of the seat. I was disgusted, to say the least. The room didn't smell good, and seemed dingy overall. I was displeased to see that there were seemingly endless pornographic movies being offered on the television menu and this was absolutely NOT what I wanted to encounter. Overall, I was totally dissatisfied with my stay, and cannot under any circumstances recommend the facility to anyone for future accommodations.

This property was disgusting! I should have read the reviews! The smells were horrible! Rooms were condemned! Carpets were disgusting and stained. Our room was open upon arrival. We only had one towel and were told they didn’t have access to the room with towels so we were unable to shower. The hallways smelled like a combination of weed, smoke and a barn. DO NOT STAY HERE! I honestly can not believe the whole place has not been condemned!

the staff were very friendly and kind. the room was neat and clean. but-- the elevator was broken, had to walk up to the 4th floor(no biggie really,but--), the carpet up the stairs, in the hallway was filthy. it smelled like stagnant pond water. the first thing i saw when i got to my floor was a posting on a room by the health department that the room was deemed uninhabitable. got to my room, the door jamb had evidence that the door had been kicked in so therefore the door barely closed safely behind me, the deadbolt didn't work, i relied on the desk chair i lodged under the door knob for safety, especially after seeing 4 cops wrestle a perp into submission outside my room window. there was no tv remote in the room, which i found really odd until i tried to work it manually a realized that it wasn't connected to any. viewable source anyhow. it took a minute for the rust to blow out of the water lines to brush my teeth and shower. ultimately, i did get some rest, survive the night free of bed bugs and venereal disease.

The property was very dirty, the room a few doors away from me was condemned. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, the hallways smelled terrible. The elevator was out of order and I was on the top floor. I was very dissatisfied with the hotel, I can’t believe that Baymont is ok with their name on this property! I stayed one night and left, it was a complete waste of my money!

You get what you pay for here. I needed a cheap room for a couple nights. But I didn't expect an out of order elevator, a HazMat'd room, and rusty water from the pipes. The breakfast was a redeeming aspect.

I had a room on the 4th floor. There was no elevator. The carpets were filthy and worn. The room next to mine was condemned and unfit for occupancy. The jacucci in the room was cracked and unusable. I feared for my safety coming in late at night. I was concerned about the safety of my car in the parking lot. I entered the room, saw its condition but did not stay. I want a refund.
