“Hi Toric Hotel, this my best trip ever, my stay in Albania at the toric hotel was the best,never experienced this good customer service before, the hotel is the best, starting from the manager down to all the staffs very very excellent, their kindness and hospitality was super great, the manager even drove us most time, including the man that took us to Vlorë very very nice, and the other man driving us too, honestly speak if you’re in Albania that’s the best hotel you can ever stay,……

The room was clean, but it was very hot, and the shower drain didn't work properly. The hotel is new, but the overall service lacked professionalism and the experience fell well below expectations. I hope these issues are resolved because the hotel has potential.”

“Clean room, well-maintained, staff was okay (need to be more approachable and friendly), but terrible experience due to having mosquitoes inside probably entered through vents and dripping water in the washroom. Its a good hotel but need more improvements.”

“What is advertised as family room includes a sofa bed that you are better off sleeping on the floor. Both my kids got a terrible back ache from it. To top it off the management pretended that we broke the bed and wanted to charge us for the damage. This was a terrible customer service experience. I cancelled a future stay there and it was not refundable, but worth not having to deal with them anymore.”
