“Newer, clean and helpful staff. Would stay there again!”

“The rooms were clean but the daily refresh of he room (stayed 4 nights)was limited. I had fresh towels everyday but garbage was not taken out day to day, Kleenex was not refilled after running out, paper coffee cups were not replenished day to day. the bed spread and blankets were pulled up but the bed was not "made". These are all something we are used to from other hotels but was not a "requirement".”

“Clear Lake is one of our hometowns and we have stayed here several times visiting. It is the only place to stay right on the lake (other than a VRBO, etc.). All the rooms face the lake, with a balcony or patio. Ground floor has fenced patios, with more space, it would be nice if the fence had a gate/opening, to get to the dock/bar without walking through the interior hallway (or through the other rooms’ patios). The rooms/bathrooms are nice but could benefit from a little updating. Nothing……

“Hot breakfast was AWESOME. Had trouble with the key card would not open the door. Staff tried with different cards, no luck. Staff reset the system everything worked. Still was frustrating. Overall ADEQUATE. 3.5- 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We really appreciated the fact that we could check in early and also the breakfast was great. Upon checking in, we were told that the room had a kitchen area with a large fridge, but no stove (which was fine - we weren't cooking anyways), but what was strange was there was no bathroom sink or mirror in the bathroom. To get ready in the morning you had to use the kitchen sink and the mirror in the room was about 3' feet away from the sink.”
