"As mentioned in other reviews, this is an older property, the outdoor furniture was unusable based on its cleanliness. However, the host was very communicative, told us immediately about a city wide water contamination issue and brought us a case of water the next day. Also remediated the lack of coffee pods immediately. The grill is nonpropane and should be specified in the listing."

"Unfortunately there were amenities that weren't in use due to water issues in Kannapolis, so can't really rate those. I didn't like that when checking in no one asked for identification. That did make me a little uncomfortable as other hotels have always asked for my license to verify that I'm who I say I am. Other than that everything else was ok."
