“It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. “The hotel is clean, staff is nice and the roof too is the main attraction. However, the breakfast is VERY limited and do not trust your booking when it says that you get a free spa treatment... its not true, is only access to a sauna and the staff will do everything to discourage you to use it. Also, they try to force you to dowload their app and share all your infos, when asked why, we were provided no information. Finally, the electricity works only if you leave your keycard in the room, so……
