“The room had extra amenities besides a Keurig, refrigerator, and microwave. These included make-up removal wipes, hand lotion, and seasonal decor plus a working desk and dining table. The owners of Riverhouse also equipped the lobby with coffee and tea, mini bagels with butter and cream cheese, granola bars, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Brochures of local attractions were on display. The friendly owners of Riverhouse made me feel right at home! Thank you!”

“This is a great stop over motel. Bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any noises from other quests rooms. Not a crowded place in the summer. I went in July and the air conditioner was excellent, easy to adjust. I like white noise when I sleep and the air conditioner does make a hum and a few clicks now and then but not in the least disturbing. No clanging or rattling. Pillows comfortable. The only thing I thought a bit lacking was a table. I used the ironing board as a dining table which worked...

“This place is a real gem. The location is excellent an having the lake right at your doorstep is fabulous. The house was well equipped and beautifully furnished and had the most comfortable beds we have ever encountered. The fireplace is a real bonus. Overall we property felt very private yet it’s less than five minutes away from town. We hope to stay there again. ”

“The room and property in general was amazing. Super comfortable beds, and room plan. Very walkable to many restaurants and attractions in the town center. Easy parking. I wasnt impressed with the "Bistro" that is essentially a starbucks. Also, no free lounge coffee, you have to buy at the Bistro/starbucks. Other than that, it was a really great stay. ”

“The cabin was great. It was exactly as the pictures displayed. The kitchen was completely equipped. The cabin was very clean and they supplied plenty of towels and linens. The owners were very accommodating and responsive, I will definitely rent this cabin again.”

“Host was communicative and helpful with some specific questions we had. The apartment was in a cute older house, nicely updated and set up for guests. Everything was nicely labeled to be easy to find. The hot tub was great as well!”
