“The photos of this hotel are very misleading. Our room was dirty, and we had to request a room change, but even the new room wasn't much better. Both room pools were green and unusable. While the manager was polite, their lack of concern for the serious cleanliness issues was very disappointing. There were no welcome drinks or breakfast, and honestly, given the state of the hotel, I wouldn't have eaten there anyway”

“The room is clean and very tidy. The front desk staff is very helpful. I come to Bali for an educational event for 12 days and the front desk has arranged me the taxi service to drop off and pick up from the event. Even sometime the driver has to pick me up from the event at 1:00 am in the morning. There is no need for me to worry for the pick up due to the heavy rain. The service of the hotel is excellent. I am given discounts from the taxi service, free laundry service, massage and a snark……

“We can’t say enough good things about this property! We stayed in the poolside rooms and then returned to stay out last night in Bali here. We loved the pool and location to the beach, wonderful staff (esp Annie and Adu!) and the rooms were light, bright and clean. Lots of nice touches abd beautiful gardens. Breakfast was good and changed every day. A short walk to the beach and Potato Head Club just 15 mins walk. We also had facials and massage in the Spa. A little more expensive than in town,……
