“Great place to stay, excellent clubhouse with great staff and food. The only downside was that the suite we had was very small, with no seating and no wear to put your suitcases, and only one TV in the main bedroom, which wasn't that great when sharing with others in our party.”

“Nice decoration, nice garden. Clean. Very small single room, very small single bed and very small downstairs bathroom.Breakfast delivery at 8 am, 8:30 am, and 9 am. Delivery knocks on the doors of your neighbours has the same effects as knocking on your doors. If you want to sleep, book elsewhere. ”

“This property is extremely poignant as I yes I proudly attended the adjacent school many years ago and therefore it is extremely special very much within my heart. During my proud attendance at the school, this used to be a fully functional agricultural farm. Years later, I understand the property Lee dormant and I’m actually surprised the school didn’t take it over and continue it as an agricultural farm. It would have been Ideal had the School transformed into a further education College as……

“We have enjoyed a fantastic 2 night stay, the location was spot on only 2 minutes to Lake Windermere and the ferry landing point. Colin is the perfect host, very attentive, knowledgeable of the area and looked after us well. Breakfast was a lovely; full English in a cosy setting. The room was fine with all amenities. It was our birthdays whilst there and Colin decorated the room, these touches are most appreciated. Definitely recommend 10/10”
