It is very quiet and safe, 150 m from the beach and 100 m from the mountain trail that you could explore in the mornings before it gets hot. Lera cave trail is good in the mornings until about 9 am. Amazing view of the area from there. "The staff were absolutely amazing, very welcoming and helpful.
The hotel is at the top of a hill and a little far out from the town, however there is a shuttle service from the hotel from early morning till late every 30 mins to take you into town.
The town offers some amazing restaurants with a view and if you don’t mind a stroll - some of the fish restaurants by the harbour were superb!
The restaurant in the hotel is lovely too for days you don’t want to venture out!
