“Love this place! It’s close to campus as well as some great food. Don’t miss Pi Napo for pizza. We stayed at the end of a long road trip so we appreciated the washer and dryer.”

“What a great experience. The property management company was so easy to work with. The house was immaculate. Comfortable, clean, beautiful bay windows overlooking the mall, easy to access, the rooms were big, the kitchen was stocked, the living room/kitchen table area was huge. And you truly cannot beat the location. One flight of stairs and your walking the Charlottesville downtown mall area. We would definitly book this place again in the future.”

“We had a great stay on this historic estate! Very clean and cozy studio in the perfect location, in the countryside but close to town, with plenty of restaurant and shopping options. Close to Monticello, Highland, parks, and multiple wineries. Would definitely recommend to couples visiting the Charlottesville area!”

Very well done bathrooms.Host was very pleasant and helpful. Quick to respond to texts and resolve an issue. As other reviews commented, it can be noisy because the apartment is right on the downtown mall. Didn't find this to be a deterrent. Just used noise canceling earbuds. There was also a box of earplugs in the closet. Parking was close and inexpensive....

“Hardly any sleep the first night! Parties above us and to the side of us too loud! Otherwise the place was relatively clean”
