“Conveniently located for the reasons I was in Halifax. Room was extremely clean and well-maintained as was the Bathroom. Quiet; Children living on floor above but their noise was minimal and normal for kids. All was quiet after their bedtime!! Walkway to the private entrance at the back of the house was grass and ground uneven. The weather was sunny & warm during my stay, so was not a problem. Had it been rainy or winter conditions, it would have been slippery.”

“Sam was a wonderful host and made sure we knew where everything was! Very easy sharing bathroom as Sam had rules about not leaving anything in the bathroom and it was always spotless as I am pretty sure it was cleaned daily!! The living space was very large and comfortable along with a beautiful deck!! Location was great for visiting Halifax and parking on the wharf in Halifax was very simple and economical”

“Great two full baths. Listing refers to 3 beds. Unless you view frequent questions you discover a blow up that you must rearrange the living/dining space to set up. Really designed for 4person as in 2 couples only. Parking convenient. Uber or pay to park if doing touristy on boardwalk or piers not walking distance to downtown. Late check-in if u fly in from anywhere.”

“Everything about our experience here was fabulous! The communication with Jeff was timely and clear, the location is perfect for walking around Halifax and the space was great for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the patio was huge, everything was very clean and there were even fun welcome treats for us when we arrived. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!”
