"I have stayed here several times. As always the staff are AMAZING!!. From housekeeping to front staff. As a guest I am always asked how my day is?.... Smiles. I understand not everyone has the best day everyday. But I have never come across a staff member without a Hello and a smile. Facility is great! Always so clean. Beds are comfortable! Pillows are just beyond :). But they way my elderly mother is treated when I am not around is the key point here. She is always so happy with the service or help that is offered to her. Staff goes above and Beyond. It's the little things."

"The breakfast was excellent. The room smelled a bit musty. I’m not a fan of jets in a bathtub. The bed was very comfy and I liked the soap products in the room. I had all the amenities and there were beautiful views. The location was perfect I was just minutes from my destination. "

"Was told I would receive a complementary breakfast box by a staff member in the evening and by the morning they would not honour this offer. They made it seem like I was lying to them and made it up. I ended up paying $27 for the breakfast box which included one banana, yogurt, a muffin and a can of juice. Definitely not worth $27 of food.I was also told this could be ready prior to 7 AM as we had to depart early in the morning of checkout, they said they could not get it ready for us on time. Pool could have been cleaner. "
