Enjoy the view from this 3 bedroom, 3 bath stilt half-duplex. This home offers a private pool, Cabana Club membership and 37.5 ft. of dock space. This unit has two interior levels. The master bedroom is on the top level and offers a king size bed. The ensuite has a large walk-in shower, a jetted tub, and double sinks. The main level has the living room, kitchen, dining room, and a second master suite and guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite and the guest bedroom offers two twin beds. There is a full size bathroom in the hall. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. WIFI is provided. The maximum occupancy for this home is 8. This unit can be rented as a two bedroom by locking off the master bedroom on the top floor. Call today and ask about rates.

Key Colony Beach is located at MM 53.5 at the northern end of Marathon. The Islands of Marathon span about 15 miles in the Middle Keys, halfway between Key West and Key Largo. The historic Island of Pigeon Key is located at the north end of the 7-mile bridge with its 65-foot high span. The bridge offers easy access to the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean. The Islands of Marathon are a bird watcher's paradise - spot roseate spoonbills, bald eagles, great blue herons and much more native to the region. The Marathon Wild Bird Center is located at Crane Point Hammock, a hardwood hammock and natural history museum. Kayak and explore the miles of tunnels under the mangroves. Snorkel and dive beautiful natural reefs. We have both shallow and deeper reefs and wrecks for more advanced divers. Every type of saltwater angling is available here! See dolphin and sea turtles in the wild or stop by the Dolphin Research Center or Turtle Hospital for a tour. Or just relax on the beach and enjoy doing nothing!

Great location and nice home!

The home fit our family of 6 nicely. It is well kept and in a great location. The beds and pillows could be updated as they are a hard but after spending all day fishing and in the sun you are so tired out you sleep anyway.
