Key Largo Family Getaway
This property is a hidden oasis located in Key Largo. It has wonderful amenities and plenty of kid friendly activities on site, including a park, pools, and kayaks. Pennekamp is a 5 minute drive away and Islamorada is only a 25 minute drive away, and about 30 minutes by boat. The closest reef for snorkeling is Molasses which is absolutely breathtaking! If you are traveling with a boat it has an accessible ramp and slips that are available to rent upon request (plan ahead of time to secure a spot). We went during a busy holiday weekend and everything was accessible, including designated trailer parking which was a must for our travels, just plan on arriving a day ahead. The location and views were breathtaking, and we were even able to watch the sunrise from the kitchen window and outside balcony each morning. Isis is such a wonderful and communicative host and we had absolutely everything we needed and more for our family! Thank you for sharing your home and we can’t wait to visit again soon.

Jetty was highlight of the property
We chose this townhome because of the advertised water view. The lagoon was nice. But the jetty was the highlight of the trip. The townhome and property were immaculate. However, improvements could be made by installing a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, by increasing water pressure in bathrooms and installing exhaust fans in all three bathrooms.

Very clean, quiet property. Great space for 6 adults with all essentials supplied. The only thing we had a problem with was the television as we could access only 2 channels. Instructions how to use the televisions would be helpful. Communication with the property owner was great!

Great choice
We had a wonderful time. The condo was nice and fit our 6 adults and 2 kids well. The property had lots to do. We could swim even on the cloudy, cool days since the salt water pool was heated. Well stocked cookwear, dishes, and utensils.We rented double kayaks and enjoyed our adventures on them as well as a visit to the turtle hospital in Marathon, and swim with dolphins in Key Largo. We were all sad to leave.

Fun getaway
We stayed at this property during Thanksgiving week 2023. The location is great, with direct access to the beach and lots of amenities. The townhouse was quite spacious as well, although the downstairs bathroom was a little small. The lagoon was a little dirty when we got there but it cleaned up after a couple days. Overall worth the stay, we wish we spent more time by the water and using the amenities, maybe next time.

Great location, clean and comfortable
Kawama ia a nice area. The lagoon was great for swimming and snorkeling on our lazy days. Plenty of grills to cook. Down at the beach area near the marina was pretty. The fisheries is close by and good food as well as a market. Quiescence dive shop was wonderful. Isis communicated well and everything was as listed. Well stocked kitchen. Great location!

Family getaway

No beaches, Key Largo is a Rock
Nice clean property. Had all the right things needed in a VRBO. However Key Largo is not a beach type setting. Beautiful water, but no access to enjoy without having a boat.

It was nice to meet you and your family during your stay and I hope that you at least enjoyed our home. Key Largo is known for beautiful water, fishing, snorkeling, diving, and great sunsets. For future guests, I do want them to know that the property does have a small beach on the end of the lagoon another small one ocean side, but you're right that Key Largo as a location is known for beauty other than its beaches. We had a great time staying at this property in Key Largo! Check-in was extremely easy, the home is exactly as pictured, clean, and in great condition. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, utensils, etc. and we had everything we needed to make our stay convenient and comfortable. We met one of the owners during our stay who was very friendly and gave us great tips on restaurants in the area. The salt water lagoon was awesome and we were able to see many different fish. I highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay here again!

Nice unit with a well supplied spice drawer. Very comfortable for the 6 of us. Convenient parking immediately in front of unit. 3 bathrooms, 2 very small and none en suite. No time to use any of the sporting supplies, but was nice to know they were available. Not recommended for those with challenges climbing stairs as there are 3 floors. Large pavillion nearby, but BBQ was extremely dirty so decided not to use. Lots of mosquitos/nats in the area (not unique to the unit), bring bug spray.

We had an amazing time in Key Largo. The condo was beautiful, and had everything we needed for 6 people. The host did a great job communicating with us about questions that we had. It was nice to paddle board in the morning on the lagoon.

Beach Wedding
This was a great place. The house was definitely 5 star. We enjoyed the pools and the nice walk to the beach. It was only a mile away from the wedding we attended. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would rent again when visiting Key Largo.

Bringing a boat to the keys is often challenging to find the boat launch, trailer storage and boat docking all close to your stay. At Kawama, it’s all there. We had a great stay and everything was easy. Isis, our host, was amazing and made our stay easy. The unit we stayed in was nicely updated, super clean and as described. The marina on site with the trailer storage on site too was perfect. And being on the Atlantic side made getting to our snorkel sites and sand bars very fast, I highly recommend Kawama and any property that Our host manages.

Nice Townhouse in Key Largo
This townhouse was convenient to the main street in Key Largo. It had two medium pools, with outside tables and a large covered grass cabana. We had other family staying in the towers, so we did a barbeque one night until the bugs came out. We had a Great Stay!

Wonderful property just as described. Accommodated our family just perfectly. However lots of stairs so be aware of that when you book. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Loved the water toys and the location to the water.

The property was very good. Except we should have been told ahead of time, that there was construction right outside our unit. Very disturbing. Notice should have been given about the concrete work that woke us up for two days of our vacation. Because of this we could not get in our locker for recreation equipment.

Beautiful property for a relaxing vacation
We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The house is beautifully maintained and furnished. The saltwater lagoon was a real treat! We spent many days just relaxing on the porches and playing in the lagoon with the paddle board and water toys. We were sad to leave! Thank you for providing such a lovely getaway.

This rental home is even better than the photos. It had everything you could want, easy to find within the unit, with pretty features, and lots of spaces to spread out. The location of the condo community seems isolated, down a dead end road. Yet you then realize that though it's quiet, you are just minutes from lots of activities in Key Largo. There are two well-regarded seafood restaurants within short walk or bike ride from condo off the same quiet road. On the condo community premises, the amenities described in the listing are all nice. I hope we can return some day.

The view of the lagoon from the balcony was a treat. Bring snorkel gear if you have it. Lots of people swimming in the safe lagoon with many salt water fish in it. Loved the property for having both a pool and the beach. Would stay here again.

Great place for family to stay!
Everything from start to end was great here! Check in easy. Place perfect location in middle of lagoon with beautiful view. Use of bikes, paddle baord, kayak and pool toys was major bonus. The place itself was very clean,nicely decorated and had all that we needed..even beach/pool towels. Definitely a place we would want to stay in again when visiting key largo!

Key Largo resort condo is the best
We loved renting this condo with 6 adults. The condo is clean, spacious, quiet and located in a beautiful resort area far from the main road and with nice amenities. Especially loved the jetty and marina where the sun rises and sets over the water. There is a Publix nearby and anything else you need for shopping. A few miles away is the Pennekamp state park which we loved for swimming, kayaking and short hikes. Also nearby was parasailing and boat tours. I just wish our visit was longer! Isis was very easy to communicate with and the condo is well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies etc.

This was our first time using VRBO and we were very pleased. Isis's vacation rental in Key Largo was excellent in every way. I was impressed how she thought of every detailed all of our needs were met. During this pandemic my family has not traveled as much but Isis has ensured that her unit was very clean and organized she had Lysol, cleaning supplies available for use, we felt cared for and comfortable the entire stay. The grounds were beautiful, safe and relaxing. Staff and people in the community were helpful and kind Being an older person and learning the new way to make reservation via technology can be challenging but booking was made easy so thank you, we enjoyed ever second.

Getting onto the property was a challenge at the security gate because of some communication problems from the owner. That was resolved and everything was fine afterwards. The property was very clean and comfortable and located in an ideal location in Key Largo. Very close to stores and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The kids loved playing with the stand-up paddle board and kayaks in the saltwater lagoon. The townhome was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could imagine needing. It seemed like some of the other units in the area were not as updated as this one, so if you are trying to decide which place to rent, I highly recommend choosing this one. It is renovated with brand new windows and nice hardwood flooring throughout. Isis was quick to respond to a question I had before arrived and checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed (we did). We hope to come back in the future and would choose this rental again.

Isis was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean, charming and comfortable.
We specially liked the 3 floor layout because it provided space for the children and space for the adults. We traveled with a waiverunner so make sure you call the marina way ahead of time to reserve an spot. We didnt so it was very difficult for us to find a place to launch it and leave the trailer. But I sis was very helpful. I do recommend her beautiful place.
