A friendly front porch awaits your morning cup of coffee, so you can plan out your day while you gaze beyond at tropical surroundings and neighbors passing by. Inside you will find an inviting space with cozy furnishings and a flat screen TV to gather around on a lazy afternoon. A fully equipped kitchen is accompanied by an indoor dining area and bar seating to enjoy meals together. Perch the French doors open to bring the breezy outdoors inside. YouTube TV is offered so you can stream your favorite shows.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This newly renovated gem totals 2 king bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms - one with a shower and the other with a shower/tub combination. Each room is equipped with a cozy kings bed and a flat screen TV. A queen sofa sleeper allows for additional sleeping arrangements in the living room.

A gem in the heart of Key West

This 2 bed, 2 bath cottage was perfect for our long weekend in Key west. Privacy for everyone while being a walk away from it all! Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect!! We only spent a couple nights here but it had everything you could need or want, and was very clean and comfortable! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a bonus! We will definitely return!!

Cute, clean and cozy

The property was very comfortable and clean. Shana was very informative and helpful with checking in and out. The property is on the south end in the quieter area away from the busier end of Duval. I highly recommend this property!

Couple's Trip

This was a great house, in a great location, and communication with rental management was top notch. The two bedrooms were both well appointed with king beds and bathrooms so neither couple felt like they drew the short straw. House was clean, well decorated, and I'd love to move in permanently!

Resort like - Extremely Clean - equipped with just about anything you could need - very well managed

Super clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with supplies (kitchen supplies), nice linens, towels, very clean jacuzzi , professionally maintained property - was like a 5 star resort. It is one block from Duval Street - so close to everything!! We walked to Hemmingway’s house, Truman Street, the beach, etc. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to all! Well worth the money and vacation time (which to me is even more important than the money).

Perfect cottage for an extended stay!!

My wife and I stayed here in July for a week. We loved the close proximity to bars/restaurants. The property was very well kept inside and out. The bedding and towels were like new. The home is fully furnished including WiFi. When we come back to Key West, this will be our home away from home. Thank you.

The barn door for the 2nd bedroom didn't provide great privacy or sound barrier to rest of house.Would recommend the house.

Cute house, perfect for two couples, good location

This house was perfect for two couples visiting Key West. Everything was in great condition, the house is cute, and the backyard is a nice place to hangout. The location is steps away from Duval and you walking distance from a lot of amazing places. You should know though you are 15-20 minute walk from the northern end of the island near Mallory Square. It seemed like a lot of the places we were going were in that direction so the walk got long. The house does not have central air, so it was hard to keep it as cold as we wanted it with the AC units in each room. The kitchen is well-equipped. I loved the modern lighting around the house. I would stay here again but would probably pay a little more to get a place with a pool.
